Every bonafide student can obtain the polytechnic Library membership. The students are issued borrower’s cards for issue and return of books. The borrowers’ cards are issued to every student on applying through a prescribed form which is to be recommended by Head of  Department / Department In charge. The norms for the issuance of books/journal are as follows.

Limit of Books:

(For all Student) 2 Books for 15 days

Overdue Charges:

Rs. 1.00 per day per book

If any reader is found involved in stealing/destroying or damaging any type of reading materials, he may suspension of Library membership for six months.

BOOK BANK RULES

Book Bank’s membership form and Borrower’s card may be obtained from the Library. The form is to be submitted to Library after the recommendation of Head of Department / Department In charge. Maximum four books are issued at a time under the Book Bank scheme.

Loss of Books

In case of loss or damage caused to the issued books, the student will be required cost of the books
